SPINACH BALLS 
2 pkg. frozen spinach, cook
1 box Rice a Roni bread stuffing mix with wild rice
3/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 tsp. garlic salt or powder
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
4 eggs, beaten

Cool and drain the spinach. Mix the rest of the ingredients. Add the spinach. Make into balls and refrigerate 2 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Serve warm.
