POTATO ROYALE 
4 slices bacon, cooked crisp
4 med. potatoes, peeled
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/3 c. sour cream
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Crumble bacon and set aside. Slice potatoes into 1 1/2 quart casserole dish; add onion and water. Cover and microwave on high for 12-14 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking time. Drain.

Combine remaining ingredients. Add to potatoes, mix lightly to combine. Sprinkle bacon over top. Microwave on high 1 1/2 to 2 minutes to heat through. Serves 4.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
