HEARTY OAT AND CORN BREAD 
1 c. Quaker Oats, uncooked
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
3 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 c. corn meal
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. frozen corn, thawed
2 egg whites, lightly beaten

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Lightly oil 8 or 9 inch square baking pan. Combine dry ingredients. Combine all remaining ingredients and add to the dry mix; mix well. Pour into pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
