CHEESY FRENCH BREAD 
1 c. butter
3 to 4 tbsp. oil
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
Pepper, garlic powder, onion powder to taste

Soften butter and cheese by letting them stand at room temperature. Mix all with the oil and seasonings. Split 1 large loaf of French bread lengthwise and spread mixture to the edges. Lay each piece face side up on cookie sheet. Sprinkle more seasonings if desired, like Parmesan cheese and dill weed. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
