APPLE COFFEE CAKE 
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. melted butter
1 1/2 c. flour, self-rising
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. apples, peeled, pared & finely chopped

TOPPING:

2 tbsp. Bisquick
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. melted butter

Note: Flour can be used instead of Bisquick

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine all cake ingredients and mix well. Pour into pan 8 or 9 inch square. Blend topping ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle topping on unbaked cake. Bake 20-25 minutes.
