1 1/2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Dash of salt
3 eggs
1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 apple, pared & coarsely chopped

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom only of loaf pan, 9 x 5 x 3 or 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2. Mix all ingredients. Beat vigorously 30 seconds. Spread in pan. Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, about 55 minutes.
