REESES 
1 3/4 c. powdered sugar
1 c. packed brown sugar
1 1/2 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. butter

Mix thoroughly, then pat into 7 x 11 pan.

FROSTING:

Melt together 1 cup chocolate chips and 1/4 cup butter. Frost and refrigerate. Then cut into squares.
