CORN COB JELLY 
12 bright red cobs (field corn)
3 pts. water
1 pkg. Sure-Jell
3 c. sugar

Boil broken cobs in water for 30 minutes, remove from heat and strain liquid. Add enough water to make 3 cups juice. Add sure-jell and bring to rolling boil, stirring constantly. Boil 2 to 3 minutes or until jellied stage, stirring constantly.
