CORN COB JELLY 
12 corn cobs from which sweet corn has been cut (raw)
4 c. water

Boil 10 minutes. Strain off liquid to make 3 cups juice. Add more water, if needed. Put juice in clean pan. Add 1 box pectin and bring to boil. Add 4 cups sugar and bring to boil. Skim and put in jars and seal.
