4 eggs, separated 1 can Eagle Brand milk 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla 4 c. or 1 qt. milk Ground nutmeg to taste Beat egg yolks until thick and light. Add Eagle Brand milk, salt, vanilla, nutmeg, and milk, mix well. Beat egg whites until soft peak stage; gently fold into milk mixture; chill; serve. Best if you chill for 24 hours first. Use large bowls. |
