CORNBREAD/IRON SKILLET 
1 c. self-rising flour
2 c. self-rising cornmeal
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
2 eggs
2 c. buttermilk

Mix dry ingredients. Put butter in iron skillet and melt. Add eggs, buttermilk and butter to dry ingredients. Mix well. Pour into hot skillet and bake at 450 degrees about 20 minutes or until golden brown.

I like using muffin tins, omitting the butter. Be sure to spray tins with Pam.
