QUICKER DANDELION GREENS WITH
POTATOES (MY WAY)
 
2 c. greens
1 c. diced leftover potatoes
3 cloves garlic
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. hot chili sesame oil
Salt and pepper

Boil greens and unpeeled garlic in large pan of water 5 minutes. Let stand in water another 5 minutes. Drain, cut up greens if really long. Cut garlic cloves in half and flick out the soft pulp which is now quite mild. Heat oils in skillet, add potatoes, greens and garlic and salt. Stir and fry; may be add a little water, cover, and steam several minutes.
