CORN CASSEROLE 
2 cans Green Giant Mexi-corn
1 pkg. Mahatma yellow rice
1 stick butter
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. sharp cheese

Prepare rice according to instructions on package. Add butter, stir until melted. Add corn and soup. Grate 1 cup or more sharp cheese. Combine with mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from oven. Sprinkle cheese on top and paprika for color.
