MEXI-TORT CASSEROLE | |
10 corn tortillas 3 c. cooked chicken or turkey, chopped 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 can water 2 sm. cans chopped mild chilies 2 c. shredded cheese Break or cut tortillas into pieces. Add meat. Stir in soup and water with chilies. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Top with cheese and bake 10 more minutes. |
