QUICK ICE CREAM DESSERT 
5 c. Rice Krispies
1/3 c. coconut
1/4 c. butter, softened
Nuts (optional)

Mix Rice Krispies, coconut, butter and chopped nuts. Pat half in 8 x 12 inch glass baking dish. Spread softened ice cream carefully on top, about 2 inches thick. Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture. Freeze. Will keep for weeks.
