CARAMEL ICE CREAM DESSERT 
2 1/2 c. crushed Rice Chex
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. coconut
1 c. pecans
3 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream

Mix all ingredients, except ice cream. Spread 1/2 mix in 9 x 13 inch pan. Slice ice cream with electric knife. Then spread on first layer. Spread remaining mix on top and freeze. Cut into squares.
