MARCUS GREY'S BREAKFAST
CASSEROLE
 
6 slices white bread
butter
1 lb. sausage
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
6 eggs, beaten
2 c. half & half
1 tsp. salt & pepper

Remove crusts from bread. Butter bread & arrange in a greased 13x9 inch baking dish. Set aside. Cook sausage and drain well. Spoon over bread. Sprinkle with cheese. Combine eggs, milk, salt & pepper. Mix well. Pour over cheese. Cover & chill overnight. Remove from refrigerator 15 minutes before baking.

Bake uncovered for 45 minutes at 350°F.
