BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. bacon or 2 lbs. sausage (Jimmy Dean)
9 eggs, slightly beaten
3 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
3 slices cubed white bread (remove crusts)
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Brown sausage or if using bacon dice and brown. Mix eggs, milk, and seasoning. Stir in sausage or bacon and cheese. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake 1 hour uncovered at 350 degrees.
