12 eggs
1 roll Jimmy Dean Original sausage
Onions
Mushrooms
1/2 c. heavy cream
1 c. cheese, shredded

Butter a 9 x 13 inch pan. Break 12 eggs and beat. Pour in pan. Layer over eggs, 1 roll Jimmy Dean Original sausage, fried with onions. Put on a layer of mushrooms if desired. Pour 1/2 cup heavy cream over that. Top with 1 cup shredded cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
