1 lb. ground beef
2 med. chopped onions
1/2 c. oats
3 c. ground bread crumbs
3 eggs
1 chopped green pepper
16 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1 can sauerkraut

Mix all ingredients together except cheese and sauerkraut. Make a thin layer in loaf pan with half of the meat mixture. Put cheese and sauerkraut on top. Add other half of meat mixture. Top with ketchup. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
