FROZEN PEANUT BRITTLE PIE 
1 c. peanut brittle, coarsely chopped
1 1/2 c. graham crackers, finely crushed
1/3 c. butter, melted

Mix thoroughly and press into 9 inch pie pan. Place in freezer until firmly set. Remove from freezer and scoop ice cream into crust.

Sprinkle generously with:

1/2 c. crushed peanut brittle
1/4 c. sugar

Return to freezer until ready to serve. Serves 8.
