PEANUT BRITTLE DESSERT 
1 lb. peanut brittle
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
1 pkg. graham crackers

Roll peanut brittle and graham crackers. Take half mixture and put in baking dish. Let ice cream get a little soft and spoon into baking dish and then put rest of peanut brittle and graham cracker mixture on top. Then put in freezer. Get out of freezer just before serving.
