FRIED APPLE PIES 
1 lb. dried apples
1 1/2 c. sugar or sweeten to taste
1 tsp. cinnamon or nutmeg
1/2 stick butter

Cook apples, drain and let cool. Mix cinnamon, sugar and butter. Mix pie crust roll out and cut in round circles by using a saucer. Put apples in the center of crust and press the edges with a fork to hold ends together, fry in deep fat.

BUTTER ROLL
Pie crust
Sugar
Butter
Nutmeg or cinnamon
2 c. milk or water

Roll pie crust out thin place sugar, butter, nutmeg or cinnamon inside the crust roll over like a jelly roll place in pan or Pyrex dish sprinkle more sugar, butter, nutmeg on cinnamon on top. Cook slowly until done. You can use milk or water for this recipe. You use sugar according to the size you fix the same with all other ingredients.
