COCONUT AMBROSIA SALAD 
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin orange slices, drained
1 can (8 1/4 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
3 1/2 c. thawed Cool Whip
2 c. flaked coconut
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. milk
Maraschino cherries, optional

Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Chill about 1 hour. Garnish with cherries, if desired. Makes 6 cups or 12 servings.
