COCONUT AMBROSIA SALAD 
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges
1 can (8 1/4 oz.) crushed pineapple (drained)
3 1/2 c. Cool Whip
2 c. coconut flakes
2 c. miniature marshmallows, cut in half
1/2 c. half and half

Mix well and chill thoroughly. Serve on lettuce leaves.
