COUNTRY STEAK 
Lay steak any size on board that has been floured and sprinkle flour on top. Hammer steak on both sides. Put in large skillet or roaster, add 1 cup warm water. Put in oven at 325 to 350 degrees depending on oven. As steak cooks gradually (about every 30 minutes) add a little more water and flour to make gravy. Use salt and pepper as desired. Cook until real tender.
