COUNTRY STYLE STEAK 
1 1/2 lbs. cube steak
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water

Roll steak in flour and brown. Mix remaining ingredients and add to steak. Cover and simmer 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
