COUNTRY STYLE STEAK | |
1 to 2 lbs. cube steak Flour Salted pepper Garlic Coat meat in flour and seasonings. Brown meat in oil in frying pan. After browning, add enough water to cover steaks. Cover pan and simmer 2 hours. Makes it's own gravy. |
