COUNTRY STYLE SWISS STEAK 
4 sm. pieces round steak (serving sizes)
1 med. can tomatoes
1 med. onion
Salt & pepper

Salt and pepper steaks to taste. Roll in flour. Brown in iron skillet with very little oil. Chop onions and sprinkle over the browned steak. Cover with tomato sauce and simmer for 30 minutes with a lid on. Turn occasionally.
