STUFFED PORK CHOPS 
8 pork chops, pocketed by butcher
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
1/2 stick butter

Make stuffing according to directions. Lightly brown pork chops in butter. Spoon stuffing into chops until completely full. Bake covered in 300 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours. Remove cover the last 15 minutes.
