COUNTRY CHICKEN KIEV 
2 lb. chicken cutlets
1/4 c. green onion, diced
1/4 c. white wine
2 sticks butter
Garlic salt, to taste
Pepper
Bread crumbs
Basil and oregano
Parsley

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in pan. Combine dry ingredients. Dip chicken into melted butter then into mixed bread crumbs. Place chicken in a baking pan. Bake for 50 minutes. Add wine, onion and parsley to remaining butter. Pour over chicken last 5 minutes of baking. Serve with rice, if desired.
