COUNTRY CHICKEN KIEV 
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. salt
2 chicken breasts
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. parsley
1/4 c. white wine

Melt butter in pan. Combine ingredients (except chicken, wine and onion) in plastic bag. Dip chicken in butter, roll in mix. Place skin side up in ungreased dish. Top with onions and wine. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
