CHICKEN KIEV 
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 chicken breasts, split and deboned
2/3 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. white wine
1 tbsp. chives
1 tbsp. parsley

Combine first 6 ingredients. Dip chicken in butter then in crumb mixture. Place in shallow pan. Bake 375 degrees 45 minutes. To leftover butter, add wine, chives and parsley. Bake 2-3 minutes more.

I usually double the recipe if I am using a package of chicken cutlets. If there's no butter left from dipping, melt a little more to combine with white wine.
