CHICKEN KIEV 
2/3 c. butter
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 c. white wine or apple juice

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Melt butter. Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, basil, oregano, garlic salt and salt. Dip chicken breasts in melted butter then coat with crumb mixture. Reserve remaining butter. Place chicken in an ungreased 10" pan. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until tender. Meanwhile, add wine, onion and parsley to reserve butter. When chicken is golden, pour butter sauce over chicken. Bake 3 to 5 minutes. 4 servings.
