SUKIYAKI 
1/2 lb. wheat meat
1 (8 oz.) can bamboo shoots
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts
1 (16 oz.) can bean sprouts
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 med. onion, sliced
3 stalks celery, sliced
3 tbsp. apple juice concentrate
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. beef bouillon

Slice wheat meat into very thin pieces. Place in 2 quart casserole. Cook on full power for 4 minutes. Add vegetables to skillet. Combine apple juice concentrate, soy sauce, and bouillon. Pour over vegetables. Cook on full power for 6 minutes.
