CHICKEN FRIED STEAK 
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. chuck cube steak
2 eggs
3 c. milk
4 c. flour
Salt
Pepper

If steak is not cut in pieces, cut it in pieces about the size of a hamburger. Combine eggs and milk, then beat until well blended. Dredge meat in flour mixed with some salt and pepper. Dip in egg and milk, then again in flour. Fry on one side until bloody on top. Turn over until golden brown.
