PORK TENDERLOIN (OR PORK CHOP)

6 pork tenderloins or chops
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 slices tomato
6 slices bacon (4 inches long)
1 tsp. salt
6 slices onion
6 slices American or Swiss cheese

Season pork with salt and pepper. Top each tenderloin or chop with a slice of onion, tomato, cheese and bacon. Secure with a toothpick. Bake covered for 1 hour at 350 degrees and then uncovered 15 minutes longer. Serves 6.
