POPPY SEED MUFFINS | |
1 Pillsbury Plus yellow cake mix 1/4 c. poppy seeds Royal toasted coconut instant pudding mix (can also use lemon) 1 c. hot water 1/2 c. cooking oil 4 eggs Combine all ingredients and beat 2 to 3 minutes. Spray bundt pan with Pam or use muffin tin. Pour into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes or about 10 to 12 minutes for muffins. |
