POPPY SEED BREAD OR MUFFINS | |
4 eggs 2 c. sugar 3 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 2 1/2 oz. poppy seed 1 tsp. baking soda 1 1/2 c. oil 1 c. milk 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. lemon flavoring, optional Cream eggs and sugar; alternately add water and dry ingredients. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan (or muffin pans). I use papers for muffins. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or muffins for 25 minutes. Mini muffins for 15-18 minutes. |
