POPPY SEED BREAD/MUFFINS | |
3 c. flour 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 1/2 tsp. salt 2 1/4 c. sugar 1 1/2 tbsp. poppy seeds 3 eggs 1 1/2 c. milk 1 1/8 c. oil 1 1/2 tsp. almond flavoring 1 1/2 tsp. butter flavoring 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/4 c. orange juice 1 tsp. lemon juice Mix all dry ingredients in large bowl. Mix egg, milk and flavorings and add to dry ingredients. Bake in 2 greased loaf pans for 1 hour or mini muffins for 15 minutes. Cool a short time and top with orange juice and lemon juice. |
