POPPY SEED MUFFINS 
1 box lemon cake mix
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. oil
1 sm. box vanilla instant pudding
4 eggs
1/3 c. poppy seeds

Preheat oven 425 degrees. Mix all ingredients. Fill muffin cups about 1/2 full. Bake 425 degrees for 15 minutes.
