DAIRY BURGER DISH 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
5 green onions, chopped
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. dried parsley flakes
1 c. cottage cheese
2 c. cooked noodles, drained
1 tsp. Romano cheese (opt.)

1. Crumble ground beef in 2 quart glass casserole dish. Stir in onions. Cover with glass lid or plastic wrap.

2. Microwave on High for 5 minutes. Drain and stir in remaining ingredients, except cheddar cheese. Recover.

3. Microwave on Med-High (70% power) for 15 to 16 minutes, or until hot. Remove from microwave. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over top. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Makes approximately 4 to 6 servings. Serve with garlic toast or bread.

NOTE: Cooking time listed is for 600 to 700 watt ovens. Smaller ovens will require longer cooking time.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
