CRUSTY CHICKEN 
1 1/2 c. cornflakes, crushed fine
1/2 c. pecans, finely chopped
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. paprika

Mix.

1 egg
2 tbsp. mustard, preferably Dijon
Dash of hot pepper sauce
2 1/2 lb. broiler, cut up or 4 chicken breasts, split

Beat egg, mustard, hot sauce. Brush chicken with egg mixture; roll in cornflake mixture, pressing firmly. Bake skin side up 45 to 60 minutes at 375 degrees.
