SKILLET CORNBREAD | |
4 eggs 2 c. milk 2 c. cornmeal 2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. oil Beat eggs add milk, cornmeal, baking soda, salt and oil. Pour 1/2 mixture into the skillet and heat to 325 degrees. Cook until bottom is brown and top is set. Flip and cook 7 to 8 more minutes. Cut into squares. |
