SNICKER DOODLES 
2 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

Beat shortening, sugar, and eggs until light and fluffy. Blend in flour mixture at low speed. Roll in balls. Roll in sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes.
