1 (15 oz.) can Libby's pure pumpkin 1 box spice cake mix (Betty Crocker works well) Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, stir together pumpkin and cake mix until well combined. Drop by tablespoons onto lightly greased cookie sheet and bake at 350°F for 10 to 12 minutes. PUMPKIN BREAD VARIATION: Add 1 egg to mixture, spoon into greased loaf pans, and bake at 350°F for 40 to 45 minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream. Submitted by: EM | |
