1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1/3 cup milk
1 1/2 cup sugar
3 heaping tbsp. cocoa (Hershey's)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 heaping tbsp. peanut butter (your favorite)
3 cups dry oatmeal

Place medium-sized saucepan on stove over medium heat. Add butter, milk, sugar and cocoa. Stir until melted and well mixed. Bring to a boil, approximately 1 minute. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and peanut butter. Stir until peanut butter is melted into mixture. Finally add oatmeal and mix until evenly distributed.

Spoon out into 1-inch clumps on wax paper.

Can be eaten right away easily by spoon or will harden slightly in 5 minutes to be able to be picked up.
