SEAFOOD LINGUINI 
1/2 lb. linguini
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
3 lg. cloves garlic, finely chopped
4 tbsp. chopped onions
4 lg. tomatoes, coarsely chopped
1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 lb. bay scallops
1/4 lb. med. shrimp (raw)
4 scallions, chopped
Salt & pepper

Prepare linguini according to package directions. Heat oil on high heat. Add garlic and onions, cook, stirring about 30 seconds. Add tomatoes and basil; cook, stirring 1 minute. Add seafood and cook, stirring until seafood is hot (shrimp - pink). Sprinkle with scallions, season with salt and pepper. Spoon over hot linguini. Makes 4 servings. Calories per serving: 395. Grams of fat: 8.
