NEW MEXICO CHILI 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. butter or oil
2 med. onions, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 (28 oz.) cans whole tomatoes
2 (30 oz.) cans Hunts sm. red beans
1 c. cold water
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. chili powder
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. red pepper
1 tsp. cumin

Brown onions in oil and set aside. Brown meat and drain fat. Add tomatoes to meat and chop or dice. Drain liquid from beans and combine all ingredients in a pot. Simmer 2 hours; stir occasionally.
