1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
1 c. shredded raw potato
1 c. shredded raw carrot
3/4 c. minced onion
1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
2 tbsp. butter
2 eggs
1 c. bread crumbs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 tsp. each, marjoram, basil and thyme
1/2 c. catsup
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. milk

Mix all ingredients. Place in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until brown.
